The NTPF in conjunction with the Special Delivery Unit is working to support the delivery of the reform of the scheduled and unscheduled care pathway with all of the clinical and managerial leaders in individual hospitals. The recent redesign of the operating model of the NTPF is key for the future sustainability of the reform programme.
