The patient Satisfaction Survey is an important part of the National Treatment Purchase
Fund (NTPF) quality assurance programme. Our quality assurance programme is designed
to ensure that the care and treatment patients receive under this initiative is of a
high standard. Each patient who has had surgery/a procedure receives a survey to complete. The
NTPF welcomes and values feedback from patients.
