About the NTPF

The NTPF is an independent public body, undertaking diverse roles within the Irish Health Care System. These include Contract Management with Nursing Homes, Commissioning of consultations and treatments for patients, assisting hospitals in the standardisation of waiting list management by providing protocols and undertaking audits, validation of waiting lists through direct correspondence with patients, and publication of waiting list data on a monthly basis.

Sarah Johnson
Board Member

Sarah Johnson was first appointed to the NTPF Board on 3^rd June 2021. Sarah was formerly a partner in a Dublin law firm where she specialised in public contracts and procurement. As a solicitor, she advised clients on their statutory functions and related legal and regulatory issues, particularly in the health sector.

After studying law in Trinity College, Sarah completed a Masters in European Community Law in the College of Europe, Bruges. She also holds a Diploma in Mediation from the Law Society.
